Terms & Conditions

Billing:
Billing will be generated on the first of the month for the prior month’s service.  Payment is due by the 15th day of every month unless other arrangements have been made.  Your bill will reflect services for your scheduled day even if weather delays your service.

Payment:
Payment terms are net 15 days unless other arrangements have been made.  Your invoice will reflect the terms of your agreement.  We expect that payment well be received within that time period.  Payment options available are: pay by check, over the phone by credit card or pay online at www.mowingmadness.com   

Late Fees:
Automatic $15.00 late fees will be assessed monthly on all accounts when payment is not received by the due date.  If there are circumstances that will delay payment, call the office and let us know.

Collection:
If we do not receive payment in full by the 30th of the month (15 days past the due date) we will have to temporarily terminate services until the balance is paid in full.  Consequently, all unpaid accounts will be taken to small claims court immediately and will be responsible for attorney’s fees and court costs.

Skipping Services:
There will be times you will not need service on your scheduled day.  If you need to be skipped, the office will need to be notified 48 hours in adv advance.  If we show up and you do not want your lawn cut, a $15.00 charge will be assessed to your account.  The charge will help to cover labor and gasoline expenses. 

Extra Services:
Any extra service (ex. Dethatch, aeration, landscape, shrub trimming) requested will be invoiced separately from your normal monthly lawn service invoice.   Unfortunately, no extra services will be provided if your account is past due.

Canceling Services:
In order to cancel your services, Mowing Madness must be notified in writing and be given at least 7 days notice.   Your service will be canceled 7 days after receipt of your cancellation notice.

Customer Satisfaction:
The customer has the duty to inspect the property within three (3) days after work has been completed.  Notice of reasonable dissatisfaction must be given to Mowing Madness with this time.  Mowing Madness will have three days to correct such work at no additional cost.  Failure to notify Mowing Madness shall constitute a waiver of any claim against the dissatisfaction.
